Terrible, I don’t recommend getyourguide and the cruise at all
First I paid £215 for the cruise offer that you were selling, for five people, and then I paid Bateaux £40 for the drinks that were supposed to be included in the offer. On your offer online was written 3 course meal and half bottle of wine. When you emailed me the tickets nowhere was written what was included. When we went on the boat they said that the wine was not included and that getyourguide sold you the offer without the drinks. Can you at least tell me who is stealing mu money, you or them??? Bthw you have figure this very well, you dont give any details on your tickets only on your offer online and and then Bateaux Cruise ask you for your ticket and say sorry but it is not written in your ticket that wine is included and that getyourguide send them the offer without drinks in your name. The food wasn't good at all, pure rip off

Relaxing, enjoyable afternoon, tasty food, great views - Recommend.
Can't think of a better way to spend a rainy Sunday. Relaxing music, tasty food and great views. Although we were satisfied, the staff kindly moved us to a better vacant table. The staff also addressed us by personally by our names and checked several times if everything was alright (which it was). The only criticism is that it took a while to be served and it would be better if there were a couple more waitresses/waiters because the staff worked really hard. A most enjoyable day and I will book again.

This lunch was to celebrate my sister-in-law's birthday but despite arriving early (11.30 a.m.) we were seated at a table close to the jazz trio (who were good) but it was very noisy altogether and made it almost impossible to have a conversation. We were often the last table to be served, in fact we didn't have our main course until 2 pm. We were beginning to think that we had been forgotten. The boat was very nice and we had warm, sunny weather but overall it was very disappointing and I doubt if I will book this again.
